How to use this tool
Score each statement from 1 to 5, where:
1 = Not in place
2 = Emerging
3 = Partially established
4 = Well established
5 = Strong and embedded
The tool will generate your IMPACT Governance Wheel, average scores and a short reflection summary.
Many organisations use this health check to support board discussion, annual reflection or a wider governance review.
