Phillip Morrison-Gale CIHCM (he/him/his)

Principal Consultant | ICF, EMCC & AC Certified Coach
Facilitator of change | Champion of inclusion

Phillip is passionate about creating spaces where people and organisations can thrive. He works alongside charities, housing providers, and community organisations to strengthen governance, leadership, and culture — always with a focus on inclusion, equity, and long-term sustainability.

With master’s level qualifications in Health and Social Care as well as Leadership and Management along with a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching (triple accredited with ICF/AC/EMCC) through Sandown Business School, Phillip combines academic grounding with real-world experience. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), and an active member of both the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), where he continues to deepen his practice as a coach.

Over the last 25 years, Phillip’s career has spanned leading large-scale change, developing strategies that give people a voice, and commissioning services that make a tangible difference — from independent living for older people to asset-based supports for at-risk young people and care leavers. He has also guided organisations through growth and transformation in highly regulated environments, helping them balance compliance with compassion.

At the heart of his work is a belief in the power of people. Phillip is a skilled listener and communicator, bringing empathy, curiosity, and courage to his facilitation and coaching. He excels at engaging diverse stakeholders, creating honest conversations, and helping groups find shared purpose.

Beyond his consultancy and coaching practice, Phillip is a Board Member of Wicklow Pride, where he champions visibility, equality, and belonging for the LGBTQIA+ community.

What drives Phillip is the conviction that good governance and leadership are not just about rules and structures, but about building trust, modelling integrity, and enabling change that is meaningful and lasting.
