Impact Ireland was founded to challenge traditional consultancy models in the charity and community sector.
We believe organisations deserve advice that is thoughtful, practical, and genuinely useful — not priced by the day or delivered through generic solutions.

We work with charities, Approved Housing Bodies, and community organisations at moments that matter: when governance is under scrutiny, when leadership teams need clarity, and when boards must make confident, well-informed decisions. Our pricing reflects the responsibility and trust that comes with that work.

 

Value, Not Time

While we carefully scope every assignment and understand the effort involved, our fees are not based on hourly or daily rates alone.

Instead, we price our work based on:

  • the value and assurance it provides to boards and senior leaders,

  • the risk it helps reduce or manage, and

  • the lasting capability and tools organisations are left with.

This approach allows us to focus on what matters most — strong governance, confident leadership, and organisations that are fit for the future.

Much of our work supports organisations operating in regulated or high-risk environments. Our pricing reflects the importance of compliance, accountability, and providing boards with confidence that their arrangements are robust and defensible.

We don’t just produce reports. We provide practical frameworks, templates, and tools that organisations can use long after the assignment ends — strengthening internal capability and reducing future reliance on external support.

We usually work on a fixed-fee basis, agreed in advance, so clients have clarity and certainty from the outset.

Our fees are:

  • proportionate to the size and complexity of the organisation,

  • clearly scoped, with no hidden extras, and

  • designed to deliver meaningful value within available resources.

Where appropriate, we also offer retainer-based support for organisations seeking ongoing governance, leadership, or assurance advice.
