Brave Futures Coaching is grounded in a systems-aware, reflective coaching approach that recognises leadership does not happen in isolation. Every leader operates within wider systems — organisations, boards, teams, communities and stakeholders.

Our Principal Coach

Phillip Morrison-Gale is an experienced organisational leader, governance specialist and executive coach.

He holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching with Science, Artistry and Systems (132 hours) and is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Alongside his coaching practice, Phillip works extensively with charities, housing organisations and community bodies through Impact Ireland, supporting boards and leadership teams on strategy, governance and organisational development.

This combination of coaching expertise and real-world leadership experience enables Brave Futures Coaching to support leaders who are navigating complex environments, significant responsibility and high-accountability roles.
